LoKa ("we", "us") is a free-roam virtual reality arena in Bengaluru, India. This policy explains what happens to the information you share with us through the enquiry form on this website. It is written to be simple and readable. We only collect what you choose to tell us.

Your company or organisation name
The type of interest you select (for example partnership or investment)

We use this information only to respond to your enquiry and to talk to you about LoKa.

Your submission is delivered to our email and recorded in a private Google Sheet that only the LoKa team can access. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with any third party for marketing purposes.

4. Cookies and tracking

This website does not set advertising cookies and does not track you for advertising. Basic, anonymised analytics may be used to understand how many people visit the page; this does not identify you personally.

5. Your rights

6. Data retention

We keep enquiry records only as long as we need them to follow up with you, after which they are deleted.
